Sirena Sosa is a licensed Senior Broker at The Whitlatch Group and serves as the Managing Director for her team, The W Group. A Visalia Native, she began her commercial real estate career in the heart of the Central Valley over the last decade. She expanded her team to Southern California in 2023, focusing on development projects.

Sirena’s focus is on Helping Land Developers and Industrial Tenants secure sites in Central and Southern California. Her knowledge of agricultural land in 2014 led her to development projects, including energy projects, housing development, industrial development, and public infrastructure projects.

Sirena provides value to clients through strong personal relationships and a network of developers, contractors, and business professionals, enabling her to achieve results while serving as a primary resource to her clients.

Sirena has developed her reputation for her tenacious and graceful ability to both lead and be a part of progressive and forward-thinking projects. Sirena is diverse, upbeat, and diligent, and enjoys bringing visions to life for her clients.

Before joining The Whitlatch Group, Sirena obtained her Real Estate Brokers license and completed pre-law studies at Fresno City College. She studied Real Estate Development with an emphasis on Sustainable Built Environments at the University of Arizona. Sirena is committed to leading and educating the commercial real estate industry, doing so by bringing education to our region.

Sirena, alongside her mentor Bill Whitlatch, launched the CCIM Central Valley Chapter, bringing the first CCIM Industry course in history to our region in 2023. Always one to lead with an agile approach, Sirena also helped create the Fresno CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors.

Sirena is a speaker for commercial real estate, teaching agents the primary difference between residential and commercial real estate, land Development, and shares her story of breaking through a male-dominated industry.

Born and raised in Southern California, Jeanette relocated to the Central Valley in 2014, where she has continued to grow both personally and professionally. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing, which has laid the foundation for a dynamic and versatile career.

Jeanette brings over 13 years of experience in management and operations, along with more than a decade of expertise in training and development. Her background includes several years in property management, with a specialization in multifamily communities, as well as recent experience in bookkeeping. Throughout her career, Jeanette has built a strong reputation for leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence.

After stepping away from the professional world to dedicate time to raising her family as a stay-at-home mom, Jeanette re-entered the workforce with renewed purpose and focus. In June 2025, she earned her California Real Estate License and proudly joined The W Group.

Now embarking on an exciting new chapter in commercial real estate, Jeanette is eager to gain experience and serve clients with integrity, knowledge, and dedication. Her goal is to assist clients in all aspects of their business and investment ventures—offering a seamless and exceptional experience whether they are building, leasing, buying, or selling commercial properties.
